Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The promoter is The Charmers Australia Pty Ltd (“Promoter”), trading as Charmers Underwear, located in Queensland, Australia.

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members, associated agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must place an order through charmersunderwear.com.au during the Promotional Period.

• Each eligible order automatically receives one (1) entry into the draw.
• Multiple entries are permitted, with each separate eligible order counting as one (1) entry.
• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or chargeback orders may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a “Year’s Worth of Pies” prize valued at up to AUD $500.

The prize is intended to represent approximately one pie per week for 52 weeks.

The prize may be fulfilled in the form of:

• bakery vouchers;
• bakery credit;
• direct payment to a bakery nominated by the winner; or
• another method determined by the Promoter.

If the nominated bakery is unable or unwilling to facilitate the arrangement, the Promoter may provide an alternative prize method of equal value at its sole discretion.

The total maximum prize pool is AUD $500.

The prize is:

• not transferable;
• not exchangeable; and
• not redeemable for cash except at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

Prize Draw

The draw will take place at 9:00am AEST on 4 July 2026 in Robina, Queensland, Australia.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will be conducted manually using printed entries placed into a physical draw barrel or container.

Winner Notification & Publication

The winner will be notified via email, phone and/or Instagram within seven (7) days of the draw.

The winner’s first name, surname initial, state/territory and nominated bakery may be published on:

• the Promoter’s website;
• the Promoter’s Instagram and social media channels; and/or
• @snowys_sensation_pie_reviews social media channels.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed after thirty (30) days from the original draw date, or if the winner is deemed invalid, a redraw will occur at 9:00am AEST on 5 August 2026 at the same location.

The redraw winner will be notified within seven (7) days of the redraw.

Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, residency and purchase.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• tampers with the entry process;
• submits an invalid entry;
• engages in fraudulent conduct; or
• acts in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• technical failures;
• lost, delayed or misdirected entries;
• theft or unauthorised access; or
• any injury, loss or damage suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for:

• administering the promotion;
• contacting winners;
• fulfilling prizes; and
• marketing communications where consent has been provided.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Meta.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
